We live in a world filled with anxiety, worry and tension. The hecticness of life, expectations of others, and our inability to see the future can be overwhelming on some days. Yet, despite all of this Jesus says we can have peace. He promises rest for the souls of all who come to Him. This rest in rooted in the life changing salvation that we can experience by following Jesus.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30
