Chemistry Show Volunteers

The Amazing Chemistry Show and Family Experience is an entertaining and educational family event that will be an outreach to friends and neighbors. This event has 170 hands-on science activities within 9 stations for families to explore, followed by The Amazing Chemistry show!

Many volunteers are needed to make this night a success. Below are the main areas available to serve, click the button below to sign up to volunteer for this event.

Set up team:  3:30 – 5:15, meal provided at 5:15

Unload trailer, lift tubs and push dolly. Set up the stations by putting up tables and tablecloths and unpacking science station tubs according to directions.

Concessions:  4:30 – 7:30, meal provided

Help prepare and serve food  to volunteers and attendees.

Smiling Science Team: 4:30 – 7:30 event, meal provided at 4:30

Become familiar and oversee a science station as you joyfully engage guests. Arrive at 4:30pm to eat, training at 5:00pm, stations from 5:30-7:30pm.

The science stations include: Ready, Set, Rockets; Micro World; Extreme Electricity; Magnet Mania; Hands-On Science; Catapult; Brain Benders; Up, Up, and Away; Taking Flight

Load-Out Team: 7:30 – 9:30, eat anytime before 7:30

Load tubs int the trailer according to provided diagram, pack tubs according to provided diagram.
